Make the change today. Maybe today is the day you say I’m not gonna smoke anymore. I’m not gonna eat fast food. Maybe I’ll just add some veggies. Go for a walk. Go for a run. Go to a class. Find something you enjoy and do that. The only way we are gonna get healthy is if we find things we enjoy. No one wants to spend the next 20,30,40,50 years doing shit they hate. So start today, take control of your health. Be patient, change will NOT happen over night. It will take weeks, months, and years to see results. But it will all be worth it, I promise.
